Delayed Diagnosis of Adult-Onset Still's Disease: A Case Series

Abstract

Three adults with prolonged fever of unknown origin were eventually diagnosed with adult-onset Still's disease. We summarise the diagnostic pathway, laboratory clues and treatment response, and propose a short checklist for earlier recognition.
